Exchange & Refund Policy
At EXO, we strive for perfection, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Please read our guidelines below to ensure a smooth process.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received:

In its original packaging

Unworn and unwashed
-
All tags and labels attached

Free of stains or odors

REFUND POLICY
Please follow our 3-step process for all refund requests.
Step 1: Request a Refund

Submit your refund request via the form below.

A courier will be arranged to pick up your item(s).

Initial Video Inspection: Our team will conduct a first inspection via video. Note: This step does not qualify you for a final refund yet.
Step 2: Return Processing

We must receive your order back at our warehouse (this may take up to 7 days).

Final Inspection: Once received, all items are carefully inspected. This step determines whether your refund is accepted.

To qualify, items must be: In perfect condition, with original labels/tags, free of stains/odors, and in original packaging.
Step 3: Refund Issuance

After the final inspection, it may take up to 7 days to finalize the process.

Payment: Refunds are issued via InstaPay only.

If a refund is not accepted, you have two options:

Have the item returned to you (shipping fees apply).

Allow us to keep the item permanently.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Shipping Fees: Both Returns and Exchanges require the customer to pay shipping fees.

Damaged Items: Any items that are damaged or show signs of wear will not be accepted.
