Refund & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

We want you to love your EXO pieces. If you aren't satisfied, we offer a simple 3-step return process.

Step 1: Request a Refund

  • Submit your refund request via exolocaleg@gmail.com

  • A courier will be arranged to pick up your item(s) within 1-2 business days.

  • A preliminary video/photo inspection may be requested (this does not guarantee a final refund).

Step 2: Return Processing

  • Once we receive your order back at our warehouse (usually within 7 days), all items will undergo a final quality check.

  • To qualify for a refund, items must be:

    • In perfect, original condition.

    • With all labels and tags attached.

    • Free of stains, odors, or any signs of wear.

    • In the original packaging.

Step 3: Refund Issuance

  • After the inspection is finalized, refunds are issued via InstaPay (or your preferred method).

  • Please allow up to 7 days for the final processing and transfer.

  • Note: If a return is rejected, you may choose to have the item shipped back to you (shipping fees apply) or allow us to keep the item.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be in the same condition as received: Unworn, tags on, no stains, and in original packaging.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Important Notes

  • Shipping Fees: Returns and exchanges will require paying standard shipping fees (50–90 LE).

  • Damaged Items: Items that arrive damaged must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a free replacement or full refund.
